Compiled by CAA Licensing Training Standards, CAP 804 Flight Crew Licensing covers the mandatory requirements, policy guidance and specifies the UK requirements for pilot licensing and new European Flight Crew Licensing regulations.
From September 2012, the CAA CAP 804 will replace the current LASORS from which the UK CAA will start to issue Part-FCL licenses to the European regulations. LASORS will be withdrawn at this time. Unlike LASORS, CAP 804 will be amended by re-issuing, adding and deleting individual pages as required - making it easy to update.
