Order Monday - Friday before 2pm for same day despatch (subject to availability). Orders placed after this time will be despatched on the next working day.
Please note orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday. In addition, UK Mainland next day orders received on a Friday before 2pm, will be delivered the following Monday.

Should any of our products fail to meet your requirements, they may be returned within 30 days (subject to the conditions listed below) for a refund or exchange.
All products purchased from Transair are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. If an item proves to be faulty, it should be returned to our Distribution Centre at Solent Airport for assessment.

When returning item(s) for refund or exchange, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the required carriage charge and to ensure that the delivery service used offers sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods being returned. We will not be liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. If a product proves to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, please contact us to discuss the return of the item to us.
When purchasing goods such as computer software, it is the duty of the customer to make sure that what you have ordered is compatible with your computer system. If a DVD or computer software on CD ROM are found to be faulty, they can only be returned for replacement. DVDs and PC CD-ROMs are non-returnable for refund or exchange once the packaging has been opened.
When returning Lifejackets or Liferafts for refund, a re-stocking charge will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of servicing the equipment. This is currently set at £250.00 for Liferafts and £50.00 for Lifejackets.
Parachutes and special order items cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Digital Media unlock codes are also not refundable.
Refunds can only be made via the method used for the original payment. Where payment was made by card, we can only reimburse the card used for the purchase.
Where possible, please include the original Invoice (or a photocopy) with your return. Failing this, please ensure that your contact details, order number and instructions are included on the Returns Form. If items are being exchanged that are not faulty or damaged, our standard delivery charge (where applicable) will be due for payment when sending out the new items. We will contact you to discuss the required payment.
For security reasons, please do not include any card details with the returned goods.
We do not refund the original postage made where correctly supplied non-faulty items are returned for refund.
When returning unwanted items for refund or exchange, all original packaging must be returned along with any accessories and documentation that were included with the item. All returned items must be as new apart from any pre-existing defects. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a handling charge to cover any missing, damaged or defaced packaging or materials.
Where a faulty item is returned for refund and the item, packaging and other accessories are not returned as new (apart from the reported fault) we reserve the right to insist upon repair. Vaccum packed or similarly sealed items are an exception to this rule.
When a faulty item is returned over 30 days after purchase, we will generally insist on repair rather than refund or replacement.
