The Aircrew Life Jacket by Valeria San Giorgio combines Italian style with the quality required for ISO approval. Manufactured in Italy to the ISO 12402-3 (Class 150N) certification, for general application or for use in severe weather. With a life span of 10 years from the date of manufacture. The manual inflation system ensures it is suitable for all General Aviation aircraft as well as including an oral inflation system for additional peace of mind.
This sleek Italian designed and manufactured life jacket contains a single compartment buoyancy chamber in PA 420 PU Coated fabric with electronically controlled high frequency welds. Encased in a stylish black PL 600D PU-COATED case with a soft breathable mesh collar, back support, quick-release buckle, ISO 12401 certified harness and double safety belt attachment.
Guaranteeing an optimal position in the water and perfect stability, the lift in the jacket is designed to rotate an unconscious person and tilt them away from water. Even with an inflated chamber it is possible to swim easily to reach a life raft.
The life jacket is activated through pulling on the inflation toggle. This jacket is exclusively activated by hand to avoid inflation while in the cockpit, allowing for easy escape and quick activation when required.
