The O2 filling adaptor might be required to ensure that your local UK oxygen refill centre can refill your SkyOx (US) cylinders.
Some refill centers do not have the adaptor which converts the US industry standard diameter to the UK industry standard diameter for cylinders. Keep this with your cylinder and be confident that you can refill in more locations. Size 85mm x 30mm.
