To be eligible for Transair Reward Points, you first need to Create an Account on our website. Once the Account has been set up, Reward Points are only available when you Sign In before or during the Checkout process. Any orders placed as a ‘Guest’, will not quality for Transair Reward Points.
For every £1 spent, retail customers will earn 3 Transair Reward Points which will be automatically credited to your account once the item(s) being purchased have been despatched.
Transair Reward Points will be earned on the advertised retail price of the item(s) including VAT (where applicable). They will not be earned on the value of any postage charge that may be applicable to the order.
Transair Rewards Points have no physical monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
When Signed In to your Account, your current Transair Rewards Points balance and the value of those points can be viewed by clicking on ‘View Account’. Simply then click on the 'Transair Rewards Points' sub heading, for a full breakdown of orders that have both earned points and also where they have been redeemed.
Transair Reward Points can only be earned on orders placed through our website (i.e. not over the telephone) when Signed In to your Account.
Transair Reward Points are only redeemable as a discount in the checkout area of the website and are only available for registered users (who are signed in at the time of purchase). Where Transair Reward Points have been accumulated, you will have the option of using points alongside the other available payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be visible in the Payment Method area of the checkout by clicking on the Redeem Reward button.
Refunds & Returns
Any item(s) received as a result of Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for the item(s) being returned (i.e. not for cash or credit/debit card refund).
Points earned on items(s) paid for using our normal payment methods (e.g. credit/debit card etc) will be rescinded in the event that such a purchase is returned for a refund.
