Ambersil's Lec-Klene is a powerful solvent which contains no chlorinated solvents or CFC's making it an ideal alternative to 1.1.1 Trichloroethane. Lec-Klene's controlled evaporation provides superior cleaning by fully dissolving greases and resins which bind soil to surfaces. Grease and resins which bind to the surface are fully dissolved by Lec-Klene's controlled evaporation providing superior cleaning. Compare Ambersil with quicker drying solvents which may not allow sufficient time to dissolve and flush away grease residues. Lec-Klene has a high flash point and low aromatic content which enables it to be used safely in confined areas where fire or health risks need to be minimised.

A highly effective cold cleaning and degreasing solvent for use in all Military and Defence related industries including: PCB's and Electronics, Light and Heavy Engineering, Marine, Metal Working, Composite Fabrication and Aviation. Ideal for removing oils, greases, waxes, tar, bitumen, brake block dust, carbon and other general soiling. It has no detrimental effect on painted surfaces, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, composite materials, rubbers and plastics. It totally evaporates to leave surfaces clean and dry, ready for any post cleaning treatments.
