We custom-make each cover by hand, ensuring the final finish is one of quality and compliant with our high-performance standards. Each order is cut to a bespoke pattern, and custom tailored to guarantee a perfect fit.

Once payment has been received we ask to confirm aircraft measurements and existing pattern to be checked. 

There will be a typical lead time of 4 - 6 weeks.

Once the cover has been manufactured and has been through quality checks we will dispatch your cover or you can fly in to Lee-on-Solent to collect it.

SOFT INNER LINING

Each cover is lined with a soft, technical fabric (not flock or fluff) specifically designed to repel debris & grit. Used over windows & canopies, the liner provides excellent anti-scratch protection.

BREATHABLE & WATER RESISTANT

Imperative to these cover’s success is the technically innovative fabric, which both breathes and offers water-resistance. The cover minimises temperature fluctuations, protects against leaking seals and allows the aircraft to breathe, reducing the risk of osmosis or corrosion.

CUSTOM AERIAL & PITOT POCKETS

Cut from a bespoke pattern, every cover is custom tailored to guarantee a snug fit, with pockets & openings made-to-measure. On placing an order, we may request you complete an Aerial Measurement Form (Click Here) and send images of your aircraft.

VELCRO SEALS & BUCKLES

Fastened with 50mm webbing straps, which adjust using a durable side release buckle, covers can be easily adjusted in all conditions. Material pockets prevent the buckles from contact with the aircraft. Velcro seals secure the openings.

STORAGE BAG INCLUDED

Included with every bespoke aircraft cover as standard is a durable, easy-to-carry custom-made bag. Whatever the cover’s size, it stays protected in transit and can be safely stored away between uses.
